Stoney Acres Farm
Just north of Athens, Stoney Acres Farm is the kind of place that makes you want to slow down and stay awhile. This certified organic farm turns its harvest into incredible farm-to-table pizzas, serves up local craft beer, and regularly fills the farm with live music, family-friendly events, and good people. On October 10th, they’re taking things a little further into the cosmos with their annual Astronomy Night. After the race, head north to the farm, grab a wood-fired pizza made with local ingredients, enjoy a Wisconsin craft beer, and settle in under the stars. Telescopes and guided talks will make the night sky the evening’s main attraction. Bring the family, bring your friends, and make a night of it—Stoney Acres is one of those special places that shows you what Wisconsin hospitality, agriculture, and community are all about.
